This week in Lawrenceville: Blog recap Oct 29-Nov 4, 2007

Ok, so this is my second week of writing this blog, and I am having an easy time writing it and also enjoying it. Here is the week in review for Oct 28-Nov 4, 2007.

Church list: I spent a good deal of the week compiling a list of churches in Lawrenceville GA. You can find a summary of that list here.

It was also Halloween week, and I found many fun things that you could do like the Aurora Theatre Halloween Show, Halloween Alternatives in and near Lawrenceville, Keep them in mind for last year. In It's Halloween Kids... be careful out there, I gave tips I hope you found helpful and also some Halloween costume ideas.

I also hit on a few local issues:

In Flights from Lawrenceville to Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, I asked the question (or re-asked) if you would take advantage of this service.

In Local Parks under construction have little drought impact, I wrote about how new construction is managing to avoid putting a drain on our water resources.

Oh, and in case you don’t already know, Gwinnett Medical Center on 120 in Lawrenceville has expanded.

And then there’s the fun stuff:

In Want Italian for Dinner? I introduced you to my favorite restaurants.

I wrote about the new Gwinnett County teacher of the year.

I introduced you to Discover Mills Mall.

I also told you a little about myself.

Meanwhile I have been working on a Lawrenceville Activity Calendar in which I added all of the times Discover Mills is having pictures with Santa. Another upcoming activity I found is the Nov 8 performance of "Gospel of John".
