Duluth will present a free concert on Saturday, September 11th to promote the city's 28th annual fall festival, which begins on September 25th.
The September 11th concert begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Duluth Festival Center, located at 3142 Hill Street in downtown Duluth. The concert will feature Rupert's Orchestra. The opening act will be Kozmic Mama.
A carnival will be held September 22-26th.
