Lawrenceville's Most Influental Women

The AJC just ran a story on Gwinnett's most influential women. A couple of them are in Lawrenceville:

Lorraine Green age 45 owns Green Environmental of Lawrenceville. She is a wife and mother and is on the board of the Foster Child Foundation.

Meena Shah age 54 is the Medical Director for Gwinnett Clinic. She is a family practice physicial in primary care. (I actually had her as a doctor for a few years... I did not feel I was getting the attention I needed.) Her practice is large and she has several medical related businesses and is a civil surgeon appointed by the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration.

Please you need to rectify immediagtely your fatel mistake of hiring medical staff to work with patients who take WRONG BP reading. You are a doctor and you sure do understand the sevirity of this blunder. Even though you are well experience doctor but it to no use if you don't have efficient medical staff to work with. Patient may die without treatment or could go into serious complication in regard to health just because the reading wrongly shows 'normal' which was not the case. Whenever I think, this has happend to me, I shiver with worry and fear having to be treated by you with such horrifyingly blander type of staff who takes WRONG reading of blood pressure. Now I wonder should I continue to be treated by you or not? I also wonder how many poor patients must have suffered for such WRONG reading of BP.
I will suggest whoever happens to be her patient please make sure that this does not happend to you.

  2. Dr. Meena Shah, Gwinnett Clinic, Duluth, GA

There is no doubt that she must be a very good physician but since she has medical staff to work with her who takes WRONG blood pressure reading for whatever reason could not treat efficiantly because it will be based on wrong health information by her staff. Hence, she needs to check this up immediately and rectify it as soon as possibe because so many people's lives are in her hand who goes to her for treatment.

WRONG reading of blood pressure can not be ignored by just saying sorry. Sorry is not enough. If this mistake has not been noted then I could have gone into more complication in regard to health and who knows eventualy it might have proved the reason for my death.
Even for FREE such proctices should not be allowed leave aside with all the cost that I have paid and would have paid.
How many innocent patient who has not idea that she has a staff who takes WRONG blood pressure reading are at great RISK. It is my moral duty to let this information published through this media so such hindrous things may not happend to of her other patients.
Please Dr. Meena, you do understand the sevirity of this matter being such a efficient and experienced doctor. How can this happen in your clinic?!
Saying sorry is not enough. Please do something about it immediately.

  3. I am not affiliated with Dr. Shaw, nor do I think she will actually see this blog post, but thank you for your comments Ajnabi, I will keep your plea intact.

I also found the staff to be problematic.
