Lawrenceville looking over airport regulations

It's going to be interesting to see if the Lawrenceville Council can balance out the concerns of homeowners with the desire of Gwinnett County and Lawrenceville/Gwinnett to privatize Briscoe Field for multiple financial reasons. I really doubt they can please everyone, just as I really doubt that everybody in Lawrenceville is 'directly in the flight path.' It seems impossible to me that everybody is in the flight path, as so many homeowners worry.  The Lawrenceville Council has specified noise limits will be necessary for aircraft flying over the city and the airport. At least they are looking for solutions. The solutions probably won't make everyone happy, but perhaps the council can negotiate some middle ground, however, 60% of respondents to My Lawrenceville Blog's survey said they felt Briscoe Field should not expand but that it should stay small.
