Churches are having a snow day

This is quite foriegn to me. Where I grew up, church would only be closed if hell literally froze over.... it is was much, much colder there.

Of course most people were in close walking distance to their church and there was little threat of car accidents. We drive 10 miles to our church, so I understand the cautions.

There are a few churches however that have delayed church hours or that multiple services who have only cancelled morning worship.
